1. Reservation Cancellation:

a. Standard Reservations:

- Cancellations made within 24 hours or more prior to the check-in date will receive a full refund.

b. Non-Refundable Reservations:

- Some special offers or promotions may include non-refundable reservations. These bookings are not eligible for refunds.

2. Refunds:
